Did not get my order

I ordered a bar of olivella soap. The I decided I wanted more bars, so I ordered three more bars. I ordered four bars of Olivella soap. I got the one bar order, but have never gotten the other bars. I sent a message to them about the other bars not being shipped. I still haven't gotten a response or my soap.
