Olivella has great products but the company is so much more than just great products. When my order arrived, I noticed something must’ve gone wrong while they were en route. Likely not the fault of the company but they sent me a new bottle of conditioner anyway after I called to let them know the bottle had been compromised while en route. Great customer service! Very friendly, competent people on staff. I’ve been a customer for years and will remain loyal due to the excellent customer service I received.

Have been using the Olivella Moisturizer oil for past year. I have sensitive skin and the oil is absorbed easily without irritating my skin or making it feel too greasy. This has become the best moisturizer for me.

This oil is great! It makes my face feel soft but not oily. I use it morning and night because my face is dry.

I’ve always been happy with soaps and shower washes so I ordered some skin care items. I can’t give an accurate review because when I opened the anti wrinkle cream there was a brown substance that looked like mold over one side of the cream. I have written and sent a photo to ask what could be done but I have not heard back in a week other than an acknowledgement that they received my email. I hope they will do the right thing and replace the item

It really absorbs into the skin, which surprised me. I found my skin to be softer, less fine lines and wrinkles. Love this product.

I have been using the moisturizing oil on my face and neck for a few weeks. It seems to keep my face and neck feeling moisturized for longer than any other product. I love the way my skin feels. And I think it last longer overnight as well as daytime. Will continue to use.

Olivella has the most gentle products that clean as good as harsher products. I especially love the no fragrance bar soap for my face and body. Also love the after bath oil.

I have only used the Moisturizer Oil for a couple weeks. What I like is how soft my face feels in the morning. It maybe just too early to comment on reduced appearance of lines and wrinkles, but for now, it feels nice and easy to apply.

I absolutely love the body lotion, body oil and the scent I purchased. I use them every time after I shower and I love the scent all day! The scent is very different from main stream perfume, it has a twist of pepper scent and it adds a lot to the overall scent. Try it, you won’t regret it.

I was very disappointed because the hand soaps that I ordered were not securely wrapped in the cellophane like they used to be and one of the caps came loose and soap was all over the other products. I was able to salvage some of the opened soap, but did not enjoy cleaning the other products. Don't know why they were not prepared for shipping like before. The oil is fine.

Review the ingredients list carefully if you have any sensitivity to perfumes. I don't have that sensitivity, but found this product, which has many types of alcohols in it (those ending in "ol" such as Farnesol, are alcohol), makes my skin feels tight and dry - not moisturized. Unsure why this company felt it needed to add all these other ingredients. It seems others have had good experience with this product, but I did not.

Fabulous. The oil is just what I needed for my dry skin. Just a few drops are needed. Happy I made this purchase.

I had used this some years ago then stopped and notice since I stopped my face stayed so dry and was shriveling up so I was happy to order from their website and will keep it up. I try many brands over the years but this with the olive oil is the best.

I have used the moisturizing oil and body lotion for several years and have always been pleased with the results. My husband even loves the body lotion - it is light, has a pleasant scent and leaves the skin feeling hydrated.
